How long will it be before "dark" or "lost" wallets are now considered the modern day shipwreck worth possibly billions of $$ if you can crack it? I guess in some way, it already is. It will cost a lot but what about "reclaiming" lost crypto?

How long until it is effective enough to break the chain altogether and "reclaim" all of it...
