HEX is run by a hypebeast if I remember correctly, who already had a name for himself. Whitepaper are standard practice. ETH has first mover and there's plenty of scaling solutions picking up steam as we speak. Besides, ETH has already been forked plenty of times. You seem very confident about this, but I don't see anything to invest in. I'm going to instead not hold my breath and make money during this process so that even if some fork does well it'll hardly affect me.

I don't really see how Pulse is a solution.

Hex isn't run by anyone.

Full eth system state injected. One button in metamask and you're on pulse with copies of every single erc20 token getting airdropped to everyone. First mover is attached to pulse.

It's one of the most obvious plays a guy could make.

I only looked briefly, but I couldn't find anything to buy. Richard Heart, as far as I remember, had a lot going on before HEX. But, look, I'm not really interested in something like that. My bags are already packed and I'm personally not seeing the point in just forking things every time something comes up. I'd rather just stick with obvious scaling solutions. Best of luck though.

Thanks. If you have any erc20s then you're getting some free prc20s either way.
