Had breakfast (for lunch) at a place the other week. Very very good food, excellently sourced local ingredients. I was seated next to a black couple who got sandwiches from the lunch menu. Overhead them reply to their server, “yea it was just ok” or something similar. Wanted to short on tip I’m sure. This is a legendary local restaurant.

Son & I were seated next to a group of knee growths last time out. The were complaining from the moment they walked in. The staff could apparently do nothing right. I simply remarked if its so damn bad why don't you just leave.
