I think they are actually talking about individuals. Over 50% of violent crime committed by those individuals or 100% of violent crime committed by niggers. They couldn't say the latter so they went more detailed than race.

Edit: I don't fucking know I didn't rtfa but I know blacks commit may more than just >50% of violent crime

Well I remember when I was younger the term gang violence was used because the perpetrators of violence were overwhelmingly in gangs. It was probably a slightly PC was of saying black crime. Fast forward to day and its gun violence. I had the tv on a while back and not really paying attention to it. One of those reality shows along the lines of dancing with the stars or something. A guy on the tv mentions how his friend died. He said, "My friend joined a gang and lost his life to gun violence" The idiot blamed guns instead of his friend who joined a gang.

I was reading a study 5-10 years ago about crime.

About 10% of black people commit a majority of all the black crime.

For whites, it was something like 3%, Asians, 1.2%, etc.

This is why, when you talk to a normal black person (read: not a nigger), they are just as tired of nigger-shit as we are. Even more so because they are the primary victims of nigger-shit.
