It's a liberal-run city and it happened on the street. That says it was a nigger who did the shooting. However, there is a high kill ratio, which suggests that it was a white man. We'll just have to wait and see.

It's Sackofmentos. The shooter is more likely to be a beaner or chink, with a probability edge to the beaner.

Unlike niggers, those two groups can have decently good shooters.

Edit: After reading the article, it sounds more like a CIA psyop. No identified suspects, took place in a dense area with a whiff of planning... reeks of their MO.
