IF the Feds picked up this case, he'd probably be facing 30-40 years, but he lucked out and NYS seems to be prosecuting. Class B Felonies are big time. If they run consecutive, he'd never be released because he'd have like 800 years in the slammer. I am pretty sure they will work this out so all 300 charges are consecutive.
I bet he does like 3 or 4 years in NYS Prison and doesn't get expelled from college.

We need more gun laws to stop these types of people from doing illegal stuff with guns!
