Unless the woman's body was cut into pieces and those pieces scattered up and down the Mississippi, her body wasn't found "along" the river, it was found at the edge of the river. And rivers don't have shores, they have edges or margins or sides. The body was found at the side of the river, on the edge of the river, at the margin of the river, but not "along" the "shore."
