Those 'changing consumer habits' are at it again...
You know what? I am not super into the EV thing but I feel like it should be legal for charging stations to use "hostile infrastructure" that will probably KILL you if you cut the cables. The criminals need to be locked up or just dead. You know this is not the only crime they do and they are a shit-stain on society.
If they cut that cable but a pulse just happens to cook the POS then I don't feel bad about that one bit.

Yes, replenishing it could take as little as 5 mins. Your vehicle could maybe drive 400 or more miles. The liquid devices could all use cheap materials so changing consumer habits wouldn't matter.

Umm, the bet was the government would keep those heavy subsidies in place much longer. Car companies don't give a shit what consumers want.

EV charging stations will be few and broken, why ?
1) everybody that can will charge the EV, home, -> FEW charging stations, since, normally, there are few customers
2) the whole tech is pushed to the limit (it will break by itself) , when you are rushing megaWh the component stress is remarcable can be done ? yes, will it be reliable ? no why ? because need cost cutting to break even
