The low IQ to believe that "payback" means freeing a murderer because a (iirc) thug ran from the police and got a beat down following a car chase. The only thing this teaches anyone is blacks can't understand or integrate into civilization.

Rodney King didnt just run from police, he lead them on an a drunken, +80 mph car chase through a residential neighborhood and then charged at them. He was a menace to society.

Don't forget the best part. The video doesn't show him after the stop. He was so high on PCP that they couldn't get him into cuffs, and he had already hurt several officers in the struggle. The whooping was the only way to keep him down, and during it he STILL tried to struggle to his feet to fight
