tbh I'm not sure these charges are justified. This is horrible situation and while she may have been negligent in following policy I'm not sure this is criminal.

Perhaps the parents should be charged for not homeschooling him? Obviously school was not helping his mental state.

I always felt bad when I saw children forced to wear those slaves masks. It's abuse.

Teacher seems to be a scapegoat for sure.
