tbh I'm not sure these charges are justified. This is horrible situation and while she may have been negligent in following policy I'm not sure this is criminal.
Perhaps the parents should be charged for not homeschooling him? Obviously school was not helping his mental state.

Simply having a rule like "don't let the kids go to the bathroom alone" is not a viable plan. That kid was going to do it regardless. The teacher did nothing wrong. Where do the people in charge get the arrogance to think their stupid rules are the answer to everything?
