Free public transit (even if you have to pay, they dont). They can be anywhere at any time. If you live in a metro area and they try to extend a light rail or buss line to your area.
Either vote that shit down or move before they build it. Rent the place out while its still worth something then sell when the area starts to go to shit (since it will). That whole, "Public transit line" to "Area is shit" is about 3-5 years.
