They used to be inexpertly wrapped in foil basically exposed to whatever elements were prevalent. No hermetic seal even the six packs in cardboard packaging were stale. It's different now, now they're just shit.

Foil that is sealed thermally I guess. They have a ridge of foil that you pull to reveal the chocolate and goo.. Man I used to ram them things down my throat six at a time, now? They're horrible, the taste, the price and the size.
