Remember when this was front page news in the US that some nation somewhere else was being tough on crime and it was so evil?

Irony is that apparently crime is going down rapidly in El Salvador to the point some of the illegals are going back because its gotten better and the economy is recovering.

That's the thing, they don't want those places to be decent. They want to scare the population into leaving.
