Doesn't the fbi stats actually record crime by race (based on convictions) ?. As opposed to the DOJ non reporting recorded crime by race for the public accessable database ?.
Not simply asking the victim the 'perceived race of the offender' in a survey . Jfc ....
EDIT: Iirc something like almost 900 000 incidents of black on White crime v's almost 90 000 White on black
And zero White on black rape (where the victim either didnt already know the attacker or had previously been in a relationship with the attacker. Based on records for the last 50 + years) v's +30 000 black on White rapes annually.
