- It happened around 1 a.m. Sunday at 415 Atlanta Highway in Gainesville, Georgia
- Sajbocho-Ordonez allegedly pulled a gun and demanded cash from employee
- When another employee walked out and spooked him, he tried to flee
- Sajbocho-Ordonez slipped on a patch of ice and was taken into custody
- Sajbocho-Ordonez charged with armed robbery and aggravated assault
