Honestly, I'm completely fine with liberal left on this. Defund the police = privatize the police. I'd be happy to hire a few guards, with my neighbors, to patrol my neighborhood. Heck, I'd even volunteer a night a week to patrol the neighborhood. Would build a stronger community. And, then let the hood sort their own problems. The hood gets their collective shit together, or it all burns down. Either way, I'd call that a win. Let's do the same with fire, medical, and education.
