I'm on the fence on this one. The dude was asleep, and she could've escaped without killing him. Per our laws, she had no reason to end his life as he was no longer a threat to her.
that said, he deserved to die for what he did; vigilanty justice should be a thing, and it's unfortunate that it's not.
I wouldn't count this as vigilante justice, as that normally implies a third-party being involved.
This case however, she was justified in her actions, he might have not being a threat at that exact moment, but was/would've been had he woken up.
If anyone was justified in killing him, it would be her.
