Please include a useful reference. "Annual Review of Psychology" is about as helpful as "I saw it on the internet." If you know the journal name, you should also know the issue date OR the title of the paper and authors so that people can easily verify it. How did the authors get the medication history or autopsy reports of shooters? That would be interesting to find out but I'm not going to dig through a decade of journals to find it.

Quacks getting together to write up proof of mental health issues that is then as proof of a diagnosis by other quacks.
