Poor little fella, nobody showed him a gun. Nobody taught him about guns and that it wasn’t a toy. A long time ago before there were lock boxes and safes, guns were everywhere in the house. Because guns were essential to survival, toddlers where taught young.
Edit to add: and yes I taught my toddlers about guns. When it was gun cleaning day I dragged my guns out of the safe and me and the boys would clean them, well mostly me, but I would show them let them handle them disassemble what they could with their little hands. Show them which end was dangerous (boomstick go boom.) my wife does not like guns because they are loud and smell. It’s a boy thing.
kids drink drain cleaner from under the sink, you blame the parent for putting it there. with a gun suddenly its the guns fault
