True story. Last year there was a nigger who walked into Lowes, went to the lock section and got a pair of bolt cutters, walked to the locked case with all the power tools in it, snap off the lock and walked out with his power tool of choice. The first couple of times he did it he ran but by the 5th time he was just casual about it, like it was his job. No one ever stopped him.

I was immediately wondering how this could be used in a nefarious way as another tool of control.

Not saying Home Depot is a part of that, but once the tech is out there, no doubt this is the direction it will flow.
