A guardsman can be seen pulling up near the vehicle and two others running over to apprehend the men. Multiple shots are then exchanged while other trapped drivers attempted to put their vehicles in reverse.
>The soldier and his partner returned fire at a suspect after he reportedly stepped out from the pickup truck’s passenger before he was struck. The dashboard cam also showed one of the guardsmen arresting the driver after he eventually turned himself in. Another guardsman is also seen on video surrounding the wounded suspect while he was on the pavement. He was declared dead at the scene. His accomplice was taken to a local hospital for treatment to injuries sustained during the apprehension.
