It was 1975, Girl Scouts was still a wholesome American institution at the time. That was 46 years ago. Two full human generations. That nine-year-old victim was a Gen-Xer born in the second year of Generation X. Her Dad probably fought commies in Korea or Vietnam. At that point, Girl Scouts was mainly arts&crafts, and selling cookies to get more materials for arts&crafts.
