I love hearing that. Bigger question is why tool makers there no longer consider such things. I suspect the tools are still there, just not available to the masses....?

I think UK consumers having to hurdle higher taxes and EU restrictions on liberties plays a factor in business decisions. That and most people who go into trades tend to be apprenticed in, less so than going to trade schools.
