A club only for those with natural red hair, only start ot if you yourself are a natural redhead.

The rest of you, start up clubs for members who naturally posses some phenotypic trait you possess, start up a blonde haired league, a blue eyed league, a green eyed league, etc.

Just leagues based around phenotypic traits most predominantly found in White peoples.

No laws are against this, and you can point out that some non-White racial populations also naturally have these traits and would this be welcomed as members (for example, the naturally blonde haired and blue eyed Australasian people of Vanuatu, who are brown skinned).

There just doesn't happen to be many of them in your area, but if there were, they'd be welcomed with eager and open arms.

But there just happened not to be many in the region you live in, what a shame, still you can't fault your club or its organizers for this.

They just wanted to be around others who share this one trait with themselves.

Red heads are actually pretty common among Arabs. Let's start a little nose, big eyes society. Nobody with Gaucher disease, cystic fibrosis, or Tay-Sachs disease allowed.

Okay, you will have some arab redheads in your group, and they help keep your group from being shut down, so what?

Whites prefer to go with partners of their own race, so the presence of arabs won't be too much of a problem.

You got the genes, they are being expressed to some degree, you belong in the red hair league.

Just like vanishing blondes belong in the blonde hair league.

You mean great idea, these are recessive traits, that require partners who also possess the genes for them in order to be expressed, by making these leagues, you are saving these phenotypes from erasure.
