Now wait hear me out. Think about it, there was a time in human history where it was not illegal to murder people, and humanity did not go extinct. So if we legalized murder it would effectively be letting survival of the fittest take back over. If you are not useful and your only reason to exist is to be a pain in the ass to productive people.
