You're not physical at all, not even a brain, not even electrical impulses or chemical bonds. You are spirit, which is a pattern. When you die, everything material turns to dust. Everything. But that isn't you. That's just lifeless matter. It was always lifeless, but your spirit used it for a while as its vehicle. When you die, your spirit lets that lifeless structure fall apart to resume its natural state, and leaves it behind.
