Yeah, from my understanding it has to be shown beyond reasonable doubt it were the vaxx and nothing else - those with existing chronic illness/ comorbidities etc are simply btfo because of the requirements of the compensation rules. Even before the mRNA not vaccine the compensation fund iirc, had paid out over $4 billion USD to successful claimants, imagine if it paid out to all actually vaccine injured.
