It’s hard to believe but I was asking last weekend where all the old regulars had went from a bar we used to frequent.
Of course the 90yo guy died of “Covid” then they started naming all the young people in their 20’s-40’s and I didn’t believe them. They said they have been holding “celebration of life” ceremonies every Friday and there’s been 1-5 people each week since the partial reopening in June of 2020 and more since 2021.
WTF, nobody finds this odd? Then they asked if I’d had Covid and I said yeah, it almost got me but I took some medicine and was better within 24 hours and my o2 was back to normal.
Then they were asking if when I get a cold or “covid” again if my lymph nodes in my neck and groin swell way up making it hard to walk or breathe. No, wtf again, all you idiots took the vax and don’t realize that’s not normal?
The place is like a damn ghost town.
Don't worry. Just like after the bubonic plague swept over Europe, there will be lots of empty houses and apartments with lots of nice stuff to take.
So we've got that going for us. Which is nice.
I wish, I just got a flyer from a real estate agent for a house about a mile away, a decent part of the burbs. They were trying to sell “single floor living” lol.
New furnace, roof and fake hardwood put in.
It was 478,000 for a 1,004sqft house on a small lot lmao.
Seems prices are sticking high just like the last bubble. I’m getting notices of zero down and some form of arm loans again. It won’t be long until there’s an actual surplus by defaults.
Sounds nice. Take note of the location, wait till they die and just move in. Done deal.
Say you bought it outright, but the seller died suddenly and the paperwork must be lost.
