Dumbass company fired damned near their whole crew last year, now I'm getting texts and emails from the managers and the NPC workers begging to come back, because they need 140 people by Friday morning. The pay isn't worth the effort to bust my ass for 12 straight hours, plus fuck them for firing their own crew. Not my problem.

Better to tell them you have a crew of 10 who will come for triple the previous rate. Then get 9 coworkers to come with you and slack off all day.
