I can only speculate. There's lipid nano particles in the vax but I doubt those are what's referred to in the email subject.
You know how it is with email chains, they sometimes mutate to a point where the original subject has little to do with what is being talked about.

The "nano particles" would almost certainly be Lipid nano-particles, the delivery method of the mRNA jabs. These can be used to deliver pretty much anything into animal cells (e.g. getting some glycoprotein into a bat cell). They are not specifically targeted (animal cell membranes are lipids too, and the lipid nano-particles basically look like cell wall to the body. They will attach to and merge into existing cells easily). This is a part of the problem with the mRNA shots, they are not targeted, so end up basically anywhere in the body. The "experts" vehemently denied this for years, until it was so obvious that they had to admit it, then they pretended that they never denied it and that it wasn't a big deal.
