This is medical malpractice. The patient can not consent and as such you are forcing a treatment on them that they did not agree to. They have been known to do this too for "pelvic exams" since nearly no one is willing to consent to one. They may just get a bunch of medical students to poke and examine you if you are out for something else. There were a ton of media stories about people writing on their legs and lower..area.. "I DO NOT CONSENT TO A PELVIC EXAM".
