Mistake banking with wells fargo.
They are awful. I've always used credit unions and during a bad break up called mine to talk about how to get a new account that my ex couldn't access etc. They were great but I would need to go there in person to do it and that wasn't easy at the time.
One of my friends said - oh just use my bank. Hers was Wells Fargo and I knew nothing about them. I opened the account, called my CU and got the money transfered. WF said they never got it. My bank said they sent it. WF then began fining me for low balance, overdraft etc the whole time I was fighting them. I lost 1k I couldn't afford to lose and something like 100$ in fees. They are terrible.
