You didn't actually know it was covid because the test doesn't test for that. You simply believe what you're told.

However, I was thinking that over the counter drugs that are labeled cold or flu need to be re-labeled Covid. For example Sudafed Covid, Tylenol Covid. Because there is no more cold or flu anymore. Everyone at work takes Covid days off now.
