You have to watch Zinc. You can overdose on it. It's not meant to be taken daily in large amounts. I would look into that if I were you and make sure you aren't taking a huge dose as a daily vitamin.
Yep totally agree. Fortunately, most otc vitamins are well tolerated by the average individual, but its important to have a working knowledge to avoid 'very stupid or just plain bad dosing practice'.
Spent several weeks online back at the inception of le holo-cov getting a somewhat decent grasp of vitamin tolerance/ use etc.
