My dad has MS (at least that's what he's been diagnosed with for well over a decade). He didn't want to get the jab, but was forced to do he could cross state borders in a very isolated area to deliver to his clients.
Since the jabs, his MS has significantly worsened. To the point where he is now regularly seeing specialists to try and do something about the pain. He's been a farmer for close to 60 years and is not exactly squirreled squeamish about pain. The doctors seem to have no idea at all. The only thing they "know" is that it's definitely not the jab.
