You are correct here, but that's an inconvenient fact to throw out to those who jump to conclusions just because some words they are programmed to respond to appear in a larger bit of text they stumbled upon.
It's exactly that.
The people doing this are either intellectually over their heads or deliberately trying to make those with legitimate concerns look foolish.
