I don’t think so. Southwest backed off the mandate at some point, so the pilots who held the line and never got the shot, well..never got the shot.

Nah. My brother didn't. He is a captain for a major airline. My guess is 15-20% didn't.
They wanted to convey that "all pilots got the shot" as both a form of pear pressure to the holdouts and as part of the PR campaign for Pfizer and co.
