It's not a scam, it's a quick death from a brain embolism. But this particular video may be faked.

The "korean" in the video is a known live-streamer so therefore easy to verify. If he starts streaming again he most likely staged it, if he doesn't then you were wrong. Try calmness, anger reduces reason... figured you would want the info as well.
