Yep. Good stuff.
Back 2 years ago i began covid protocols of daily regime high dose vitamins, nutrients, antioxidants, free radical scavengers etc.
Began eating healthy, dropped all take aways, processed / junk food, soda, processed sugar etc.
Had it 6 months back ,so have my 2 unvaccinated kids - nothing more than sniffles/ coughs, headache, insomnia at worst for us.
Doctor wanted me to take paxlovid also, said nope. It Has lot of contradictions and can damage organs.
Yeah, we took Ivermectin, D3 and the rest, got through it fine, dunno if that's what did it, who knows.
Wife has Covid right now (or, at least tested positive for it), and fighting off pressure to "do something." One of our kids brought over a home test.
She's healthy enough, and it seems like just a basc cold (and now I'm feeling crappy).
Oh, one of my (grown) kids has it right now as well (he's not taking pavloxid himself though).
Yeah. I would just do what you seem to be doing.
Bed rest/ park up on the couch, hydration, chicken soup etc.
Dont forget a nice warm bath for a full body soak each morning or night. (soothing - obviously) Helps to put the body and mind into a relaxed state to encourage self healing.
I've also stopped taking or giving my kids paracetamol for high temp/ fevers - as it contradicts the body immune system from 'burning out virus / toxins ' instead paying more careful attention to hydrate / natural remedy etc.
Good stuff..
