Plaxovid is completely useless in people under 65. It's mostly useless in people over 65.

Probably better side effect profile than Molnupiravir or Remdesivir though, but that doesn't say much because those are poison.

A course of Ivermectin would be best. Cheap, effective and very safe.

You should use ivermectin if you can get it. Avoid Paxlovid like the virus.
