I bet most of its done on purpose these geriatrics can barely speak let alone write a 5,000 page bill. And the bill/law always “somehow” messes everything up more and they didn’t realize this would happen as 3/4 of the electorate was telling them beforehand this is exactly what would happen. Next up let the problem linger then pass a bill to fix the problem but throw in a bunch of pork and another layer of bureaucracy.
