I keep seeing this exact same picture passed around as proof that this is happening everywhere. But we only seem to have the one. Look, either way, I’m glad that at least some doctors are being honest.

It's probably a rare good doctor at this jackson pediatrics, they'll likely have to be an alternative dr where insurance won't pay for them, but smarter more wealthy people can afford to take thier kids there and get good care.

And, that's their right.

But, as an ethical person - if I was an MD, I wouldn't sleep if I knew I signed off on a kid's physical and then that kid dies on the court a month later.

That MD is an ethical person and wants to be able to sleep at night.

A Minute Clinic NP gave us that treatment even though the athlete was all-natural. I was irritated but she did cut us loose without charging.

The the regular pediatrician started down this path and I asked this receptionist to confirm with the doctor that they would be able to clear a fit child for sports without a cardiology consult. They said that they could.
