Healthy people catching the latest flu is why it doesn't kill everyone. Shedding dead or weakened virus is a natural vaccine.
The real problem is how many people have become isolated germaphobes with inexperienced immune systems. It's a predictable outcome of taking people off the land and into high density housing.

My life-goals, at this point, are, in order: learn to walk like Jesus did and be an example to everyone around me of what can be accomplished with the power of the Holy Spirit; and to have enough farm-land, where I can grow enough of everything to never have to walk in to another grocery store for as long as I live.
