This is the side of Christianity I can appreciate

This modern day pansy style of Christianity is a psyop to emasculate Christians. Blame the Jesuits. Want proof? Doug Bachelor of the Seventh Day Adventist church. He's a Jew. He admires the church fake prophet Ellen G. white who's husband was a 32nd degree Mason. She preached a vile form of pacifism as well as a bunch of other garbage.

You probably don't want to get me started on the parts of Christianity I don't appreciate. I've been trying to rein that in lately because I like some of the things coming from Torba and stuff like that.

Do you mean the misused quote, "judge not lest you be judged" that's trotted out by people in the churches if you dare to point out obvious serious sin? Or " forgive those who trespass against you" even when they show no remorse or admit guilt? Or best of all " thou shalt not kill" which originally was "thou shalt not murder". How about tithing which is grossly misused and distributed?

Israel only collected tithing off merchants and farming. "all your increase" . The laborer had no increase and could simply give offers they could afford. The tithe went to the local synagogue for support of the priests who were forbidden from owning real estate. The local synagogue passed on ten percent of their tithe to the temple in Jerusalem.

As for the Seventh Day Adventist church the have reversed the biblical precedent in as the general conference headquarters requires that all tithes are remitted to headquarters which then determines the salary of all pastors and sends out the checks. Run afoul of the church in any way, such as refuting the church dogma on any point and a pastor can get hauled in front of council. If a pastor refuses to recant he is defrocked and tossed out. If an entire congregation rebels the church will file papers, lock them out of the building they paid for and post armed guards if needed.

See, the SDA church does not pay for a local church building. A new congregation must buy their own building and then sign the property over to the church to use their name. Those have refused have been sued and forced to remove the signage.
