I should have it clear. It's not just masks. Also tons of disposable hospital gowns and other stuff. It's just wanton was with no effort to salvage anything. The masks though were designed to protect patients during sterile conditions. They where never designed to prevent transmission of a virus. It says so right on the box. A healthy person should never walk around in public wearing one.
