It was never bad. It negatively effects a tiny minority who suffer a genetic defect. For the general public it's good. And white willow bark even better.

Never been tested positive, unvaxxed, been tired for the last 2 months or so. Not convinced its just age. Wonder if i got it, kicked it, but still have something lurking....

Yea i asked cause I had long covid and it fucked me up, I had waaaay more than fatigue but that was one of em. I can't say that I have cracked what fixes it but if you search for the Patterson protocol they offer a cytokyne (sp) test for it.
