This appears to be the raw number of reports per lot, but it is meaningless if we don't know the size of each lot. If Lot A is twice as large as Lot B, it stands to reason that there would be twice as many reports for Lot A than Lot B.

I had the same question. For what its worth they stated its bad per capita, although I don't have the numbers

Ya I knew different lots had to be more lethal or not. That way they could control ie killing holdouts affected by mandates etc.

From an article posted a month or two ago it seems they were doing real time dosing trials on humans to find the optional dose, which is usually conducted on animals then small human clinical trials.
