Yesterday, Biden said that there wasn't going to be a federal solution. I think he has been told his mandate isn't going to stick and he's trying to get the states to pass mandate laws, which they don't do unless they are filibuster proof dem strongholds. They are doing away with pcr tests, so hopefully the Biden admin will use the lack of false positives to declare a victory over covid and start moving on to project Bluebeam and climate change.
