It's a society who accepts donations from everyone it seems. Behind this campaign the donors are likely the various antivax groups and individuals.

No. You're completely wrong.

This is an initiative to ban mandatory vax by constitution, when it's declined yhat will not mean a mandate. It would be legal though, but very unlikely to pass parliament.
